Our customer service department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. To inform us about your complaints you have the following options:

Upon receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation. We will reply to your complaint within 24 hours of receipt, should it need more time, we will provide notice.
